Teleconsultation
Hello! Welcome to MD Family Clinic’s telemedicine service.
Only video-based teleconsultation modality will be used for the clinic’s telemedicine service. We use Google Meet and Zoom.
Before we begin, do note that not all conditions are suitable for teleconsultation.
If you have a severe headache, sudden loss of vision, sudden numbness, weakness or slurred speech, vomiting or passing motion with blood, severe abdominal pain, severe/persistent vomiting, severe back pain or neck pain, chest pain, shortness of breath or deep cuts, please visit us physically.
If you or your family member require urgent medical attention or any essential life saving measures, please call emergency medical services (995) or go to the nearest A&E department in a hospital.
If you are below 16 years old, you have to be accompanied by a guardian (who must be at least 21 years old) during the teleconsultation session.

Housecalls
We perform house calls during and outside clinic hours at your convenience!
Charges* are as follows:
(a) Within 1.5 km radius of the clinic: $300
(b) Beyond 1.5 km radius of the clinic: $400
*Charges exclude medications and procedures.
